Bad customer Service
After several attempts at the Best Buy at Old Orchard, I have come to the conclusion that I hate that particular store. At first, I thought it was because the Operations Manager liked Michelle before and when he saw us together I had thought maybe he was just going to go out of the way to make my life difficult.
That's when I TRIED to use the 10% coupon on my Beauty and the Beast DVD. He said I couldn't use it because the coupon stated that it was on VIDEO movies not DVD movies. I said, "Ok maybe I Just read it wrong", but in the back of my head I knew I used this particular coupon at the other stores.
Then after putting aside the idea of a proposed vendetta, I realized that it was just the beginning of the things that lead me to my banning of the store. I had run into RETURN problems, EXCHANGE problems, SERVICE plan problems, and SECURITY problems. Any thing that I needed, they wouldn't give me. But I found something very strange... When I went to another Best Buy after I was sent away, the other stores did what I wanted done. I HATE THE OLD ORCHARD BEST BUY.
So there it goes...
Even though the store location is convient, I will go to another location for my business. It is because I realize that if the service doesn't suit me, I will take it elsewhere. And with this, I can relate it to the many pharmacy patients that do NOT follow this motto. No matter how much they complain.... they still come back. If you do not like the service, just go somewhere else. In this case, there are only two other Best Buys I can go to (within so many miles); Pharmacies are countless (especially Walgreens!!).
