Need Recipes!!

Now that Jayden is basically eating mostly table-food - I am constantly in a scramble to look for healthy recipes to feed him.

For now, we rotate feeding him cereal, oatmeal, or bread with jam for breakfast. We are going to give our baby-sitter ham/cheese sandwich for lunch (starting tomorrow). And for dinner --- he generally eat whatever we eat (minus the extra spices). Unfortunately, I am one of those parents that seem to have the "picky-eater" toddler syndrome. Jayden gets bored of eating something really quickly -- so I need to constantly come up with new ideas/recipes to feed him!

Any mommy with ideas, please post your recipes for us here! =) It will be greatly appreciated! =)

Hi,
scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs (minus the yolk and no more than 1-2/day), french toast, waffle (costco), cooked cut up veggies (carrots, broccoli, string beans), fruit salad (orange, apple, cut up grape), rice with stuff (shredded meat, peas, corn, some seasoning like soy sauce/salt. He is chinese you know :)), noodles (plain, or with cheese, or light tomato sauce, or soy sauce), tofu (soft if you feed him, firm if you give him as finger food).

Hope that helps.

Bing

I wish I could share more recipes with you. It's very frustrating for us to find food for Valerie, she's a VERY picky eater. I let her pick her own food now. She's less picky after going to day-care.

Bing --- Thanks! That helps quite a bit actually!! Sometimes I just get scare that he may not be eating enough since he is so picky! I really dont know if he just full or just dont like the food?!

Sherry --- Do you pack her lunch for day care or do they supply you with food?

food is included. She has no choice but to eat their food.
