Jayden hates diaper change. He screams bloody murder at EVERY diaper changes. I don't get it. If you even come close to touching his diaper, he screams. And no...he do not have a diaper rash (in case you are wondering if that was the problem).
I am not sure is it because he doesn't like the cold wet wipes or what. I am thinking of investing in one of those wipes warmer just to see if it would make any difference.
Try using a warm wash cloth to wipe his bottom. Let me know if it works cuz I'll be in your shoes soon enough!
I don't use wipes,because they're drying and has chemicals that's bad for Valerie's sensitive skin. I wash her bottom with warm water every diaper change and rarely see diaper rash with the good old fashion soap and water method.
What do you do with when they poo a lot??? You still only use the cloth to wipe them?
Get a bigger towel! haha I dunno! and don't forget to "tuck". hehe!
Mary - Too late. We all been "lucky" enough to be sprayed by Jayden during a diaper change! Haha.
We brought our baby to the sink and cleaned her with cotton balls and baby soap to avoid using wipes since it gave her diaper rash. Now we just use wipes but it's giving her diaper rash so we might consider using a bowl of water with cotton balls.
