I picked up a weird hobby lately ... I like to collect pots and pans!! Hehe. I don't know why ... but recently, I have this fascination with buying different sizes and types of pots and pans on Amazon. And for someone who rarely cook, I really do not need it. Don't get me wrong... I love learning how to cook -- I just don't really get the chance to do it right now (Mom spoils me by cooking daily!). Though I think I have ordered the essentials (according to the book by Alton Brown) ... I can't help but still keep checking out what more I want! One thing I am still missing is a nice Chinese wok .... but I think I am going to get that one directly from an Asian retail store.

Yet no Lodge cast iron. I'd probably collect more pots and pans if I had room.
Did I tell you that I obtained a casserole?
Do you have an omelette pan?
No cast iron ... The up-keep of that pan is too hard for someone like me. I need things to be non-stick -- easy wash!!
I debated on whether or not to get a casserole pot .. but decided not to yet b/c I don't think I like eating casserole. Hehehe. Yes. I think I did get an omelette pan!
you can make real mac and cheese in a casserole. everyone loves mac and cheese!
Haha. Then you finally found the ONLY one person that DOES NOT like it!! =P
I just realized today that I have to get one of those pots for hotpots...
Oh, I'm not a big fan of mac and cheese either. It never appealed to me. I prefer other types of pasta like spaghetti and fettucini alfredo :-)
NO NO NO
Use those vision CLEAR pots for HOTPOT.
This way u can actually SEE whats in the pot when u are boiling!!
Cecil - Are you referring to the hot pot itself or the pot that goes on top of that gas-thingy??
ah, real mac and cheese is glorious... much better than the stuff in the cardboard box!
you all need to watch the casserole episode of good eats (season 6, episode 11).
I think I already saw that Episode with you!!
should save your money and register this stuff.
Hmm... Yeah, I need new friends that can afford giving me these stuffs. Haha!
fyi, i ordered a wok from a restaurant supply store online! (along with a crapload of other stuff...)
