OK... That's it! I am going to try to drink 1 bottle of water every day from now on. I think part of my dry skin problem is due to the lack of H2O. To be honest, I can't believe I can go through an entire day not drinking 1 ounce of water -- but I can and I do!! That is so bad. Hehe. Sure... I drink Pepsi, coffee, juice, etc... but plain water?? No, thanks! Yuk! I never really like the "taste" of plain water and I really do not see how people can drink so much of it!! I see my co-workers bringing in their plastic bottle of daily water and I just don't see how they can drink it! But for the sake of my health (and to have healthy glowing skin! Hehe) ... I will give it a good try! *sigh*

HHHH 2222 00000!!!
Did you know you can get high if you drink too much water?
Try to take several small sips throughout the day. If you drink too much at once, it acts like a diuretic making you go to the washroom! (speaking from experience)
Joanne -- What kind of water YOU been drinking?!!!
The H20 Face Oasis and body butter are very hydrating and very good for dry skin.
i find that over time your body (and bladder) adjust to the increased water intake, so even if you drink a lot of water, you don't have to go every 5 minutes. so just keep drinking!
I find that 8 cups of water is not that much when you spread it over an 8 hour shift.
i remember working w/ 2 technicians at walgreens (one of them u know!!!) drank 2-3 48 ounces of water at work. during the busy hrs, it was cute watching them bouncing around holding it while working.
i would say, "whats wrong?"
they would as. "i gotta go to the bathroom!!!" while they where either at the register or typing scripts.
i would say, "do us all a favor and just go!!! the work will still be here when u come back."
wha made the experience funny was they would refill their water jugs, consume, and have another full bladder in the next hr.
i missed thos days
Frank -- I think you miss those "girls" -- not the days at Walgreens! Haha.
