I FINALLY upgraded Michelles Samsung S105 to a Motorola v600
YES.. I finally took the plunge to MOTO... Considering all the Moto bashing that I have been doing, I hope this investment was not in vain.
My biggest Moto gripe was the fact that they REFUSED to put an alarm clock in their cell phones for the LONGEST time... After my Time-port incident, I've decided to continue to bash em until now...
Now is because of money. I got her upgraded thru the T-Mobile retention department and tried to take advantage of their new upgrade policy stating that they would offer renewal contracts the option of getting the phones at MSRP like on the tmobile website. I was also hyped because wih this V600 the website was offering a $100 bluetooth headset for FREE. I was soo psyched. The phone was $300-$50 rebate= $250 with a free BT headset! The price was practically slapping me in the face!
But when I called... It was a different story...
What became the result was that I paid 269 for the phone with NO BT headset!

However, I got 2 months of my 69.99 plan for FREE!!
So I figured 270 - 140 = $130!!!-- (roughly)
For this price I can live without that BT headset!
Now it has arrived and guess what??? Michelle hates it because its got a heavy hinge meaning that her tiny hands cannot lift the phone open. That and she will have the tendency to drop this heavy phone. So, she doesn't like it which makes it now MY phone!!
A review is to come because I usually say I hate MOTO. But so far so good. Nice presentation but they should switch the talk button on the left side like EVERY other phone on the market! Open it up and you'll see what I mean!!!

Yes. It's been a loooong road for a new phone for me. I finally gave in and just order ANOTHER Sony Ericsson from MobileBee.com (sigh). I said "another" b/c I ordered one from EBAY and that crap didn't work!! =(
I just got this phone too and I like it. I'm not really a big fan of motorola either. The only complaint I have is that it froze once on me, and once on my dad's too. And sometimes, the camera pic comes out fuzzy when you click on view. The pic looks fine in the menu, but once you view it, it's all fuzzy for some odd reason. Does that happen to you??

In my experience, Cell phones freeze once in a while, i wouldn't worry too much about it. Now if it becomes a common thing, call tmobile to send u a new phone!
I dunno about that camera thing.. Ill try it more..
Dont you think its funny that the battery of this phone is SOOOOO light? Its like a piece of candy.
The battery is light, but the whole phone is heavier than my old samsung. I don't mind it though.
